Refund policy

• Once we receive your return request, we’ll arrange a pickup with our shipping carrier — this usually takes up to 3 working days.
  
  
• After the product arrives at our warehouse, we’ll carefully inspect it. If it’s in good condition, with no visible damage and with the size tag and packaging intact, we’ll process your refund right away. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you know when to expect your refund
  
  
• Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days from the date the products arrive at the warehouse.
  
  
• Orders canceled before being dispatched for delivery are refunded within 3-5 working days.
  
  
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via Vodafone Cash or Instapay.
