your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product but make sure you meet the
following terms and conditions:

• Returns & Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• A return request should be submitted within 24 hours from delivery date.
• The returned product should be in our original REGINA branded bag with the receipt intact.
• The product should be in its new original state.
• regina.com has the right to decline a return request if the product is used, damaged or soiled and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Return/Exchange procedure:

• To start the return/exchange procedure, you can send Whatsapp OR CALL US ON 01010864926.
• A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.
• In the case of an exchange, we send the courier to pick the item first, then we can refund the product amount to your Phone wallet.
• In the case of refund, once we receive the Product in our warehouse and ensure that it is unworn and in its original state, we will issue a full refund excluding all delivery charges.
• The refund procedure needs 7 to 10 working days to be completed. Once the refund is declared, you will receive a confirmation call.
• Our working hours are 9 Am to 5 Pm from Sunday to Thursday.
